Caox is fully funded by Valinor AS and co-investors. The technology is tested over several years, patented, licensed to Caox AS, and is currently being commercialized. Caox AS is the Norwegian holding company, and subsidiaries have been formed in several countries based on testing and customer presence.
Tasks and responsibilities
The Administrative Coordinator will have the overall responsibility of all administrative tasks for Caox, as well as involvement with the international subsidiaries.
This will include:
- Document and Data base management
- Contract management (with in-house legal)
- Office and IT
- Insurances
- Reporting routines
- HR tasks
- HSEQ tasks
- Event organizing

- + 5 years experience
- Proven results from similar positions
- International experience
- Client focused attitude
- Education within Administration, HR or similar
Position: 100%
