Heaten has finalized its latest version of the HeatBooster, a heat pump that delivers process water or steam up to 200°C using waste heat and is capable of delivering over 50 MWth.
Heaten has proven the technology with machines that have more than 30,000 operational hours in the field, but this latest version will also undergo thorough testing at the company’s own test site in Remscheid, Germany.
We look forward to seeing the results from our latest heat pump, HeatBooster, with temperatures up to 200°C and power outputs up to 2 MW, says Jeroen Koot, CEO of Heaten. This machine will reduce carbon emissions for our industrial customer in early 2024, Koot concludes.
