Norsk Solar raised NOK 130 million for further growth in October last year. The company has now raised an additional NOK 110 million through a private placement in relation to their request for listing on Euronext Growth on the 19th of April under the ticker NSOL.
Norsk Solar currently has 30 employees, 70 MW completed and under construction in countries such as Pakistan, Ukraine and Vietnam, as well as a number of projects exceeding 1GW in the pipeline, mainly in Africa and Southeast Asia. Thus the company has managed to position itself as one of the leading players in the financing and construction of solar power for multinational companies in emerging markets.
