The production method Plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), discovered by the University of California, is a chemical vapor deposition process used to deposit thin films from a gas state to a solid state on a substrate.
CealTech has exclusive global rights to the PECVD method and FORZA will be the first prototype to produce pure, high-quality graphene during 2018.
