Norsk Vind has strengthened its team and hired former KPMG partner Kai Michaelsen as CFO.
Kai is a German citizen and has lived in Norway since 1999. He speaks fluent Norwegian and English in addition to his native German.
Kai received his basic education in economics, auditing and accounting through a university study in Germany (equivalent to a Norwegian civil economist) and state-authorized public accountant in the USA (Certified Public Accountant) and Norway (state-authorized public accountant).
Since 1992, Kai has worked at the international accounting firm KPMG. First in Hamburg, then New York and Oslo, and since 2006 in Stavanger. Kai has been responsible partner for companies and branches of international and national groups, especially from the oil and gas supplier industry and project-related business.
