Norwegian Lobster Farm got EU approvel for its application to the Framework Program for research and innovation, phase 2, Horizon 2020.
The company will further develop its concept that uses automation and artificial intelligence to enable large-scale lobster production.
The EU funds, totaling NOK 18 million, will finance a two-year project aimed at building an industrial pilot for portion lobster farming at Finnøy in Rogaland, Norway.
