Since its foundation in 1996, Norsk Vind has worked continuously to design, develop, construct and operate wind farms in Norway and abroad.
They have grown to become Norway’s largest private wind power operator and are working towards expanding their role in both national and international wind power markets. Once fully developed, Norsk Vind’s projects in Southwestern Norway alone will cover the electricity consumption of 100,000 Norwegian households (800MW).
Land-based wind power is currently the most climate-friendly form of energy production, as well as having the smallest ecological footprint. This makes it the best solution for increasing renewable energy production.
