Norwegian Lobster Farm develops technology for lobster farms based on its pioneering work in the field.
In the period of 2007-2011, Norwegian Lobster Farm was the first company in the world to produce portion lobster (pre maturation) from “breeding to restaurant”, with an annual production of 2 tons of lobster. At the time, they achieved this with a self-developed feed that gave the lobsters superior quality. Based on this work,Norwegian Lobster Farm is developing a concept that uses automation and artificial intelligence to enable large-scale lobster production.
Norwegian Lobster Farm have identified and explore an untapped market to ensure a more predictable and sustainable food production.
