Solgrid is collaborating with Encavis, a leading independent power producer in Europe, to realize the Mörghult solar power plant on the east coast of Sweden.
The solar power plant is located in Västervik in Småland and will, according to the plan, produce around 15 GWh a year after grid connection in the third quarter of 2023. We are very pleased with the collaboration with Encavis, which gives us the opportunity to realize the project, says Kristin Melsnes, CEO at Solgrid. Encavis is also a co-owner of the Varberg Norra solar power plant, which was finalized in April 2022 with a production capacity of 5MW.
